Hi Friends!

Hope you are doing great!

It’s been a terrific fall. I’ve had so much fun collaborating with wonderfully talented people on a variety of projects.

Carl Menninger and I have signed a book deal for “Minding the Edge: Strategies for a Fulfilling, Successful Career as an Actor”. This will be a college textbook. I had a great time doing a master class for his students at American University in DC. More news to follow as it all unfolds.

I’ve been working on updating my one woman show, TIGER MEAT ON TUESDAYS with director Dann Fink. We are looking forward to doing an excerpt of the play at a location to be disclosed soon.

HAMMEL FAMILY FILM:

On July 26 we celebrated my grandma Dee’s 90th birthday! I created a 30 minute film tribute using my grandparent’s 16mm footage. They had started filming in the 1940’s. It was a labor of love and I’m so pleased that my dear friend, Bill Selby, created an edited version that was touching and perfect for our celebration.
